Responsibilities

SDV（ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル）戦略における事業全体のマネジメント業務をお任せいたします。具体的には:

• 経営戦略に基づく全体戦略方針の策定・リソースマネジメント
• 事業構造の明確化/事業戦略の立案
• 事業目標、収支計画の策定/予算管理
• 各グローバル地域への展開戦略のとりまとめ
• グループメンバーのマネジメント業務

（1on1やコーチングやメンタリングを通した育成支援/人事評価を通した成長促進やキャリア支援等）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 新規事業開発/事業企画の経験
• 現地法人/海外取引先を含む社内外関係各所と合意形成が可能な対話力(目安：TOEIC750点以上)
• チームマネジメントの経験

歓迎条件：

• 自動車業界やテクノロジー業界での経験
