Responsibilities

安全衛生マネージャーとして、当社日本事業が請け負う大規模プロジェクトの建設工事施工現場にて、安全衛生管理業務をご担当していただきます
業務内容：

• 建設現場の安全パトロール
• 不安全行動の報告及び記録
• 現場担当のCMr（コンストラクション・マネージャー）とともに、大規模建設プロジェクトの安全衛生管理システムの導入と実施
• 当社安全衛生方針と安全衛生法に準じた作業方法が行われている確認
• 施工作業が設計会社との契約通りのスコープ及びMSで行われている確認'
• 現場スタッフの安全衛生教育が実施されている確認
• 日々の安全衛生点検パトロール報告の書類作成
• 現場の安全衛生点検および専門的な視点を持って施工作業の監視をお任せします
• 設計時のリスクアセスメント作成に必要な、プロジェクト設計に影響を及ぼすリスクの特定
• 設計会社の安全衛生担当者の管理
• HSE プランを作り、OSHA 標準に合わせたサポート業務をする

Requirements

必須要件：

• 体力に自信のある方（現場での立・歩き作業が主な業務内容となります）
• 労働安全衛生法に詳しい方
• 施工現場の安全管理の経験が8年以上ある方。グ
• 施工企画書建設プロジェクトに特化した安全管理の知見がある方。リスク・アセスメント、メソッド・ステートメント、研修企画、安全点検の知識含む
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語日常会話レベル
• 現場での安全衛生コンプライアンスを確保するためのリーダーシップ能力をお持ちの方
• 現場スタッフとは言語が伝わりにくく、安全衛生の知識もない場合があるため、根気よく教育ができる方

歓迎要件：

• DOSH・NEBOSHなどの資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します
• リーン フィールド (未開発用地 ) ハイテク製造プロジェクト（データセンター・研究所・病院など）の経験があると尚好
