• UCDプロセスに基づいた一貫性あるUX設計
• ロジカルかつデータドリヴンUX実行と定着
• UXリサーチ・分析・プロトタイプ制作
• 関係組織・メンバーとコミュニケーション
• End-Userに届くまでのUX品質担保
• 迅速かつ効率高いUXプロセス実行
• UX思考文化の社内拡散と浸透

Requirements

必須条件：

• 3年以上のUXデザイン実務経験※ポートフォリオ必須提出
• Figma、Sketch、InVision、Adobe XDなどのデザインツールの実践利用能力
• リサーチスキル：定性リサーチの計画と実施または定量データの計画・分析力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力

歓迎要件：

• HTMLやCSS・JavaScript・SwiftUIなどDevelop関連知識
• Agile／Scrum開発プロセスの実践経験
• ビジネスレベル英語力
• ペイメント・フィンテック事業の経験
