We provide insurance and asset management services to assist customers in preparing for unforeseen events in the future.

Responsibilities

• 手順書に沿ったサーバーとインフラアプリケーションの運用や導入
• IT Custodianサポート
• 構成変更依頼、エスカレーションされた問題に対する対応,外部ベンダーとの調整支援,その他ビジネスアプリケーションの支援、契約更新など

• ※以下の運用業務を含む
  • セキュリティパッチ、脆弱性をオンプレミス環境およびAzure環境の対応
  • ライフサイクルマネジメント
  • セキュリティモニタリングとオペレーション
  • アプリケーションモニタリングとトラブルシューティングおよびビジネスユーザのサポート
  • Information Security Management （ISMS）のレポートや監査の対応
  • DR/BCP発令後のシステムの切り替えや、運用の継続の対応
  • 担当システムのセキュリティ文書や、運用ドキュメント、CMDBの、knowledge Baseの対応。

Requirements

必須条件：

• CCNP資格を保有していること。
• 運用経験: Windows Server, Azure, Linux (Redhat), Google CloudなどのGUIやコマンドでの運用経験
• 5年以上のシステムエンジニアとしての経験
• 上記のシステム上で稼働している、複数のアプリケーションの運用の経験
• サーバの運用や構築に興味があり、サーバの運用やパッケージアプリケーションのインストールや設定変更の業務経験が5年以上ある。
