Responsibilities

• FinTechグループ各社のシステムリニューアルの戦略策定サポート
• 難題解決のためのアーキテクチャ設計支援
• 新技術の導入支援およびその有用性の証明
• 必要に応じて各社の開発プロジェクトに参加し、実際に手を動かしながら現場の課題を解決
• 内情や課題を観察し、長期的な技術戦略を策定
• テックリードとしての役割を果たし、開発標準の策定および開発環境の整備

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大規模Webシステムの設計、開発、運用経験
• 大量データ処理の設計、開発、運用経験
• パフォーマンスチューニングおよびトラブルシューティングの経験
• システム全体の構想作成経験
• テックリードとしての経験
• 開発標準の策定および開発環境の整備経験
• 5つ以上のプログラミング言語の使用経験
