Responsibilities

• 人権に関わる企業方針・ガイドラインの策定および改定
• 人権デューデリジェンスの計画策定と実施(人権リスクやインパクトの評価)
• 社内外のステークホルダーとのエンゲージメントを通じた情報収集と施策推進
• 従業員や取引先に対する人権教育・啓発の設計と実施
• 人権に関する報告書の作成および情報開示

Requirements

応募要件：

• 「ビジネスと人権」に関する基本知識
• 企業(業種問わず)におけるESG、サステナビリティ推進分野の経験
• 英語力（海外とのコミュニケーションが発生するため）

歓迎要件：

• 人権デューデリジェンスに関わる業務経験
• 法規制に関する知識(特に人権関連)
• 教育/研修プログラムの企画および運営経験
• サステナビリティレポートにおける情報開示やESG評価機関への対応経験
