Responsibilities

同社のMNOサービスの拡大にあたり、プロフェッショナリズムを持ちつつ、業務フローの構築・改善担当として、新しい挑戦を共に楽しめる人材を求めています。

• 組織横断でのプロジェクト推進・運営
• 分析から改善策の企画立案、さらには実行までをリードいただきます。
• 運用改善、FAQやUIの改善企画
• パートナー企業との連携、折衝の窓口

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業務企画・業務効率化・業務改善のご経験をお持ちの方
• 社内外含めての柔軟なコミュニケーション力、折衝力、交渉力

歓迎条件：

• プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
• 通信業界やクレジットカード業界／Webサービスでの実務経験
• モバイル業界／決済システムや会計／データベースやSQLに関する知識・経験
