Responsibilities

海外支払・為替予約業務担当として以下の業務を担っていただきます。
海外支払業務：60％

• 債務管理グループのメンバーや上長と連携しながら、
  • 債務管理：購買システムや経費伝票システム等を通じて、債務が正しく計上されているかを確認／承認
  • 支払処理：適切に計上された債務について、支払日毎にインターネットバンキング等適切な方法で支払処理を実施
  • 仕入先マスタ管理：国内グループ各社の購買発注から支払を適切に出来るような仕入先マスタ登録／管理の実施

為替予約業務：40％

• 債務管理グループのメンバーや上長と連携しながら、
  • 通貨別ポジション管理：将来支払が必要な通貨について、通貨別の債権／債務／残高管理を実施
  • 為替予約：外貨の為替変動リスクを抑える為、決済レートを予め取り決める為替予約取引を実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• 経理部門若しくは財務部門で、海外支払若しくは為替予約業務担当の経験を3年以上有する方
• 語学力：学ぶ意欲があり、翻訳ソフト等を使用しながら英語の読み書き可能なレベル
