Responsibilities

■職務内容：【入社後に任せる業務】本人の経験や適性を踏まえて、担当業務を決定します。1）リスク管理の推進

• リスクの抽出、評価・分析、重点化、リスク対応計画の策定、フォロー
• 事業部門におけるリスク管理の推進
• 発生したリスクへの対応、是正措置、再発防止、他事業部門への水平展開
• リスク管理委員会の運営

2）その他、内部統制強化への取組み、コンプライアンス施策への取組み
■キャリアステップイメージ

• 入社直後：業務経験を踏まえた上で判断しますが、当初は、上記の入社後に任せる業務の1の業務と2の業務の一部を中心に担当していただくことを予定しています。
• 5年後以降：業務適性を判断した上で、入社後に任せる業務の1以外にも、2の他の業務を行っていただくことも考えられます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• リスク管理に関する職務経験
• TOEIC700点以上、メール・マニュアル読解：中級レベル、電話・商談：中級レベル

■歓迎条件：

• リスク管理施策を自ら見直し、強化した経験や、海外の関係会社に対してリスク管理の仕組みを導入した経験
• リスク管理に関係する知識や専門性
• TOEIC800点以上、メール・マニュアル読解：上級レベル、電話・商談：上級レベル
