Responsibilities

エレキエンジニアとして企画、プロセス、要素、メカメンバーとの間で調整をしながらエレキ開発を担当いただきます。

• 新規プロセスモジュールの開発（検討、設計、試作、評価）
• プロセス領域は特定しない

Requirements

必須条件：

• 成膜装置、若しくはドライエッチング装置のプロセスモジュール、もしくはWafer真空搬送装置の開発経験5年以上
