Responsibilities

• HRBPとして、マネジメント開発および人材獲得に従事し、採用、パフォーマンスマネジメント、人材管理・開発を通して組織能力を向上させるためにグローバルチームの架け橋として活躍いただきます。
• 現場と連携し、HRガイダンス、異動対応、採用戦略の策定および実施、ソーシング、選考実施
• 採用チームと連携し、採用ニーズ・採用計画の策定、RPO管理、給与およびキャリア計画、エンゲージメント、 人員／労働コスト管理
• グローバルタレントレビューの展開、ニーズを特定し研修プログラムを計画
• 学習プログラムを共同設計・展開

Requirements

• 人事経験（目安5年以上）
• 英語力（会話～ビジネスレベル）
