Responsibilities

業務内容：
◆事業グループ内の事業戦略活動の統制・アライアンスやM&Aの企画・調査・探索・実行（コーポレート、外部専門家と連携して実施）・オープンイノベーション活動（国内外スタートアップ探索・共創促進）・パートナー企業様との連携強化◆子会社運営支援・管理・グループの子会社や出資先企業の管理・運営支援（グループ企業に入り込み、出資後の組織管理、運用構築など含む）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企画業務の経験

 歓迎要件：

• 出資やM&Aに関わる経験
• 経営管理に関わる経験（経理・財務、法務、総務など管理面）
• グローバルでのコミュニケーションの経験
• IT知見のある方
