Responsibilities

経理財務領域プロジェクトにおけるプレイングマネージャーまたはリーダーの役割となります。
業務内容：

• 要件定義（関係者へのヒアリングとそのリード、課題抽出、業務/システムの解決方針の策定など）
• 業務設計（ToBe業務フローの設計など）
• 展開（関係部門への説明/調整、会議のファシリテーションなど）
• プロジェクト管理（スケジュール及びタスク設計、進捗確認など）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 業務改革もしくは会計関連領域プロジェクトにおいてのリーダー経験(PM経験は尚可）
• 会議でのファシリテーション、議論をリードできる方
• タスク設計/スケジュール策定が出来る方
• 日商簿記３級相当の知識

歓迎要件：

• システム導入知見のある方
• プロジェクトマネージャー経験
• コンサルティングファームでの経験
