We are a company that specializes in bedding-related brands. Our mission is to enrich the time from morning to night, guided by the concept of "Morning to Night". We provide a range of products aimed at enhancing sleep and innovating within related markets. From product planning to marketing strategies, we aim to support consumers in living lives that are both time and economically enriching. Our flagship brands are particularly focused on the Asian market, employing tailored strategies to optimize our presence. Looking ahead, we are also considering expansion into the European and American markets to establish our brand globally.

Responsibilities

■業務内容：◎新規事業開発

• 同社のミッション・ビジョンに通ずる新規事業案を具体化し、前に進めていく
• その過程で必要なリサーチ、ドキュメント作成、事業パートナーの発掘／コミュニケーション、実現までのロードマップ作成と実行
• 各部門との連携、そのために必要なプロジェクトマネジメント
• 社長のビジョンと中心メンバーの橋渡し

• 広告代理店・コンサルティングファーム・ITベンチャーなどものづくりではない異業種のメンバーが多数在籍しています。できるだけルールは設けていないため、パフォーマンスを発揮しやすい最適な環境を個々人が考えて働けます。（ハイブリッド型ワークスタイル、フレックスタイム制、副業可）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• PPT、Excel、リサーチ等の高いスキルを持つ方
• 経営陣と直接働いた経験
• 経営や財務に関する知識があり、数値を扱える

■歓迎条件：

• 事業立ち上げ経験
• コンサルティングファームでの経験（人事コンサルやITコンサル業務除く）
• 事業会社でのビジネス実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の外国語スキル（英語、中国語）
