Responsibilities

• 税務企画業務
  • 税務面からの各種企画提案
  • 投資スキーム、ストラクチャー検討といったタックスプランニング業務
  • 税務情報の開示に関する検討
• 国際税務業務
  • 長瀬産業株式会社及びグループ会社の国際税務管理業務
  • （BEPS2.0、移転価格税制対応、海外拠点税務調査フォロー、税制改正対応、グローバル税務ポリシー検討及び啓蒙、税務ポジション把握、移転価格文書化等の国際税務管理業務）
• 国内税務業務
  • 税制改正影響把握・報告、税務調査対応
  • グループ会社組織再編業務など事業部門からの税務観点の相談に対する対応
  • 長瀬産業株式会社の法人税・地方税・消費税申告書作成、決算時の税金引当及び税効果計算
• M＆A関連業務
  • M＆Aのストラクチャー検討やDDに関して、ビジネスサイドのサポート業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社（東証一部上場またはそれに準ずる企業）／税理士法人／税理士事務所／会計事務所／国税局調査部や国際税務関連部署等で税務申告書作成／税効果会計／国際税務／タックスプランニング／国際税務に関する税務調査／移転価格関連業務等の実務を5年程度以上経験している方（国際税務の知識・経験を優先します）。
