Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on energy saving and efficiency improvement of the cooling systems of commercial air conditioner products.
• Provide guidance on optimizing the control of commercial air conditioner products.
• Assist in resolving technical difficulties of products.
• Conduct research on core technologies for the future development of commercial air conditioners.
• Extensive experience in developing commercial air conditioners
• Familiar with the design specifications, requirements, and test standards for commercial air conditioners. Also, be able to evaluate and resolve technical risks and problems of commercial air conditioners.
• Able to conduct accurate analysis and judgment regarding cooling system design issues and analyze and improve components
• Familiar with mainstream technologies and technological trends in the commercial air conditioning industry and Japanese companies
• Able to provide in-house technical training to the company's research and development team

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in any of the following areas
  • Approximately 5 years of experience working with inverter commercial air conditioners or multi-air conditioners
  • Ability to develop on your own
• Knowledge of PID control algorithms and ability to grasp the thermal hysteresis characteristics of each air conditioner component (compressor, fan, heat exchanger, accumulator, gas-liquid separator)
• Experience developing inverter units and multi-air conditioner controls
• Familiar with the characteristics of lubricant distribution in inverter unit machines and multi-air product systems and methods for controlling them
