Responsibilities

• 既存のお客様に対する顕在課題のヒアリング、潜在課題の抽出
• 翻訳チームと連携した、最適な翻訳・ローカライズ運用の提案
• 製品・開発チームとの新機能開発やバグ対応等に関するコミュニケーション
• アップセル、クロスセルに向けた提案トスアップ
• MVP（リリース初期段階のプロダクト）の提案（例：動画字幕管理アプリケーション、翻訳アプリケーション、LLM／生成AIを使ったソリューション等）

Requirements

必須条件：

• システム開発、またはWeb制作プロジェクトに携わった経験
• 顧客との要件定義、スケジュール調整、課題管理などの実務に関する経験
• プロジェクトメンバーの育成・教育の経験

歓迎条件：

• 大規模システムの導入プロジェクトに携わった経験
• プログラミング・開発の経験（HTML、CSS、JavaScriptなど）
• プリセールス、ポストセールス、エンジニアリングセールスの経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
