Responsibilities

A Cyber Security Director is the senior-level executive within the company responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected 
Main responsibilities: 

• Own and facilitate the management of the company Cyber Security Policy
• Identify and manage Cyber Security standards that are relevant to the company in the context
• Produce and maintain Cybersecurity Disaster recovery and business continuity management
• Secure company specific Identity and access management & Information privacy
• Define and create Information regulatory compliance for the company
• Define and create Information risk management & Information security and information assurance 
• Collaborate with Information security operations center (ISOC) and in particular act as an escalation
•  point for cyber security incidents
• Design and create Information technology controls for financial and other systems
• Drive IT investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Ability to interact with stakeholders at top management level
• Experienced leader, able to manage a functional team of senior architects
• Experienced project management skills required
• Minimum 5-10 year experience as CISO and leading Cyber security team
• At ease in a multi-cultural environment
• Innovative and creative mind-set in order to inspire and challenge in your organization
• Strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your unit, understanding how these contribute to the company vision and strategy
• Relevant university degree or master degree 
• Relevant Cyber security certifications
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Both Fluent level : English & Japanese
