Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 事業部、研究開発部門と連携した戦略立案
• 提携候補のサーチ、ソーシング
• 提携プロジェクトの組成と計画作成、推進（出資・買収計画の策定と提案、交渉、DDなどの実務等）
• 事業部のPMI業務サポート
• 領域ごとにチームに分かれて業務を行っております。
  • 例：電動、パワーユニット、ソフトウェア、エネルギー、リソースサーキュレーション

Requirements

必須要件：

• 事業戦略・経営戦略立案経験（コンサルティング業界、経営企画/事業企画など）
• 事業提携経験（M&A、金融業界、財務、JV立ち上げなど）
• 何事もフラットに柔軟に思考・発想し、変化を厭わない方
• 様々な部門とコミュニケーションを取り、バランスを保ちながら適格な企画を行うコミュニケーション能力/思考力のある方

 歓迎要件：

• 現場や経営層を巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験
