Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Linux related to communication services.
Main responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Responding to customer inquiries about services, by checking specifications, logs and settings, and operation, etc., to support staff.
• Vulnerability investigation
• Server settings and data processing requested by customers and internal departments
• Server monitoring and alert response (including out-of-hours escalation response)
• Server and system investigation
• Service maintenance response
• Server replacement response
• Technical investigation
• Ansible corrections, etc.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in designing and building servers such as Windows/Linux　
  • It is no problem if your main experience is in operations and maintenance
