Responsibilities

業務内容
・チームマネジメントメンバーは平均4～5名で構成されています。四半期に一度評価面談もありますので、全メンバーと面談をし期末の評価に繋げて頂きます。クライアントとの間で困っている事があれば、マネージャーとしてサポートに入って頂く事もあります。・給与計算に関する業務ご自身で給与計算を行う事も発生致します。Reviewだけではなく実務にも携わって頂く事があります。・労働・社会保険手続社保チームがありますので、そちらと連携しクライアント対応をする場面がございます。・クライアント対応デイリーのクライアント対応はAssociateとSeniorのメンバーが行いますが、新規の受け入れや既存クライアントで必要な対応がある場合には英語で対応していただきます。・社内ステークホルダー対応役員と定期的な会議を行い、今後新規で入ってくるクライアントや業務改善、人事的な事について情報共有等をして頂きます。業務内容はご経験を考慮して決定いたします。
-Team management.The team consists of an average of 4-5 members. There are quarterly evaluation interviews, so you will meet with all members of the team to evaluate them at the end of the term.If there are any problems with clients, you may be asked to support them as a manager.-Payroll administration.You may be required to perform your own payroll calculations, which may require you to be involved in practical work as well as reviews.-Labour and social insurance proceduresYou may have to work with the company insurance team to deal with clients.-Client RelationsDaily client support is carried out by associates and senior members of the team, but if there is a need to deal with a new client or an existing client, you will be asked to respond in English.The team will also be required to respond in English to new or existing clients.-Internal stakeholder relations.Regular meetings are held with executives to share information on new clients, business improvements and personnel matters.

Requirements

スキル・資格
必須条件・給与計算業務経験5年以上・マネージメント経験・エクセル（X,Vlookup、SUMIF、Pivotの業務経験）・英語：クライアントと交渉やディスカッションができるレベル尚可条件・社会保険労務士有資格者（勉強中の方、勉強を始めようと考えている方も歓迎）・ベンダーでの給与計算業務経験者・リモートワーク経験者
MUSTAt least 5 years' experience in payroll calculation.Excel (X, Vlookup, SUMIF, Pivot work experience)English: Level of ability to negotiate and discuss with clients.People ManagementNICE TO HAVEQualified social insurance labour consultants (those who are studying or thinking of starting their studies are also welcome)Experience in payroll calculation at a vendor.Experience of working remotely.
