Responsibilities

The following roles will be assigned to the engineering organization, with responsibilities in divisions, departments, products, and other units.
Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to improving the company's overall performance by maximizing the productivity and growth of the engineering organization, with a view to the next 3-5 years.
• Ensure that engineers and non-engineers have a mutual understanding and are moving in the same direction, with a view to optimizing the company as a whole.
• Continue to produce successors and next-generation leaders for the permanent development of the company and its business
• Improve the satisfaction level of engineers so that engineers in the company will want to invite their friends and acquaintances to work for the company.
• Branding the business and communicating its appeal outside the company
• Study and implement measures to accelerate the globalization of the development organization

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience managing a development team of more than 10 engineers
• 5+ years of web service development experience

10 - 20 million yen
