Responsibilities

• 企画：
  • 海外出向者に関する本社人事制度の企画/運用
  • 海外関係会社の現地人事制度の企画/運用支援
• 個別：
  • 海外関係会社との契約含めた各種調整（含む海外関係会社からの出向受入）
  • 出向社員向け取り扱い事項の整備/運用及び社員サポート
  • 海外人物件費の管理/計上承認
  • 税理士法人を通じた国内外納税業務　等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外出向社員向けの各種対応経験、関連知識（労務/税務等）
• 英語での実務経験、交渉力（海外関係会社との英語での交渉を想定）

歓迎条件：

• 人事制度の企画～運用
