Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Work with business side to ensure compliance is propery in place
• Ensure business activities with relevalnt officials are planned in consistence with applicable industry policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and advice to the employees in accordance with compliance programs
• Provide necessary training
• Implement, monitor and follow up on the action planns

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• BA/BS required
• Minimum of 7 to 9 years business, legal and/or compliance-related experience.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards for Japan, as well as the FCPA
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, verbal).
