■Job Description
1.     Lead and oversee the design and development of reports and other data use cases, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and product owners and align with business objectives.
2.     Enhance and optimize the overall reporting capability by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and leveraging emerging technologies and tools.
3.     Drive the adoption of business intelligence solutions by effectively communicating their value proposition, benefits, and usage guidelines to end-users and stakeholders.
4.     Champion data literacy within the organization by developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and resources to improve understanding and utilization of data and analytics.
5.     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate data sources, streamline processes, and enable seamless data flow for reporting and analytics.
6.     Monitors the impacts and value achieved from individual use cases, as well as from other data related activities
7.     Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics, assessing their potential impact on the organization and recommending relevant strategies or initiatives.

Requirements

·      Minimum five years’ experience as a business analyst, report specialist, BI engineer or in a similar position. 
·      Proven track record of delivering BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI and planning tools (e.g. Jedox, OneStream, SAP IBP) ideally in different companies
·      Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
·      Solid understanding of the information needs of the end users and business processes to support
·      Very good analytical skills for the identification of the right data for the requirements
·      Solid expertise in developing target requirement concepts
·      Excellent interview, moderation and presentation skills
·      Ability to conduct requirements analysis and support the design of BI solution
·      Profound understanding of relational and or multidimensional database concepts
·      Deep knowledge in developing applications with Microsoft Power BI and planning tools (e.g. Jedox)
·      Very good knowledge of the query language (SQL, MDX, …)
·      Ability to lead and drive multiple priorities
·      Strong analytical thinking
·      Relationship and stakeholder management skills
·      Advanced project management skills, efficient organizational abilities to meet timeframe deadlines
·      Customer focused and “can-do” attitude
