Responsibilities

• ターゲット企業の特定／買収計画の策定／デューデリジェンス実施
• 交渉のリード／契約書の作成およびレビュー
• 統合計画の策定／管理
• リスク評価と緩和策の実施検討　等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語力：TOEIC600点以上
• 上記に加え、以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方（5年以上）
  • M&A戦略の立案および実行経験
  • デューデリジェンスの実施経験
  • 交渉および契約締結の実務経験
  • 企業評価および財務分析の経験
  • 統合プロセスの管理経験
