Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Decarbonization Strategy Development & Implementation
  • Design and implement customized decarbonization solutions for clients, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
  • Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Study solutions such as optimizing existing processes, integrating renewable energy sources, and implementing energy storage.
• Technical Expertise
  • Good understanding of energy systems, technologies, and decarbonization strategies.
  • Be proficient in identifying and implementing solutions like Efficiency improvements (boilers, combustion, waste heat recovery, smart energy management, equipment upgrades) or Renewable energy integration (solar, biomass, green electricity procurement).
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with our internal network to leverage expertise, align strategies, understand client needs, and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Energy or a related discipline.
• Experience of EPC/Engineering/Consultant in Energy industry
• Experience in energy management, decarbonization projects, energy auditing, or a similar
• field.
• Deep understanding of energy systems, technologies, and decarbonization strategies.
• Knowledge about renewable energy, energy efficiency measures, and energy storage
• solutions, energy auditing and feasibility studies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Client management skills to understand needs and exceed expectations.
