Main responsibilities:
- Global HR Strategy
- Implement HR strategies that align with the global corporate vision while catering to the specific needs of the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
- Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility
- Lead the talent acquisition process, attracting diverse talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Cultural Integration
- Implement initiatives that promote cultural integration within the organization, considering both global and local perspectives.
- Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- Employee Relations and Compliance
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and collaborate with legal and compliance teams on global standards.
- Performance Management and Development
- Oversee performance management processes and development programs, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in employee performance and career development.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Work with global HR teams to standardize compensation and benefits packages.
- Responsibility over Payroll
- Global Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR teams across regions to share best practices and contribute to global HR initiatives.

- Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
- A passion for HR and specifically for increasing employee engagement
- 3-4 Years’ experience as an HRBP role in a global corporate setting, with specific experience in the Japanese market.
- A verity of HR skills (Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent Development etc.)
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws.
- Experience in guidance and consultation for managers
- Ability to lead change and drive organizational culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English languages.
- You are a “doer”, hands-on, dynamic, pro-active, a creative problem-solver and able to multi-task effectively
- Experience in working in large International Corporation: an advantage
- Tech oriented (Knows MS Office, ERP) and can learn fast new systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
