Responsibilities

• 健康経営推進プランの企画立案・実施（健康経営度調査等からの課題推進）
• 健康施策の推進管理
• 人事機能・本社機能との窓口（周知、依頼連絡、ホームページ更新対応等）
• 健康保険組合とのコラボレーションヘルスの推進
• 健康経営のグローバル展開の対応（日本地域の窓口）
• その他付随業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 人事部門等で健康経営の企画立案から実施までの業務経験（3年程度）
• 係長、プロジェクトリーダー等の立場で、論理的な思考で業務を推進された経験
• 英語中級（英語でのレポート等）

歓迎条件：

• 健康経営アドバイザー等の資格
