Responsibilities

The following tasks related to onshore wind projectsElectrical engineering study associated with wind project developmentRFP preparation, technical reviewing of deliverables and contract negotiations for BOPelectrical workElectrical design, technical reviewing of construction methodology and cost evaluationfor BOP electrical workRFP preparation (mechanical and electrical), technical reviewing of deliverables and costevaluation for OEMTechnical discussions in terms of specifications and design after turbine selection anddiscussions about interface management, technical reviewing of constructionmethodology and construction evaluationEstablishing of O&M plan and const evaluation in terms of turbine and BOP electricalfacilities and support for development teamCost reduction study of electrical workSupport for project managerCommunication with internal team (Tokyo) and head office (America)Support for financing 

Requirements

Work experience in renewable developers or electrical BOP contractors for electricaldesigning and construction of power plantsLeadership skills, excellent solution ability
[Welcome)Work experience in development, construction, and O&M of wind projectsWork experience in electrical engineering associated work for wind projectsWork experience in negotiation of wind turbine procurement and O&M servicesBroad knowledge and skill to proceed wind projects other than electrical engineering andmaster degreeQualification related to Japanese electrical construction management engineer and/orJapanese electrical chief engineerEnglish proficiency (Even if you do not have sufficient English proficiency at the moment,we welcome those who are willing to acquire English proficiency through work. We havebilingual staff in the company and a backup system
