Responsibilities

■業務内容：同社アジア地域にある同社関係工場の品質保証メンバーと品質マネジメントシステムの課題抽出・その摺り合わせを行い、アジア各拠点における顧客対応水準の同一化という「新しい」品質保証体制の構築を目指して頂けるメンバーを募集します。※変更範囲：同社の定める業務
【目指すゴール】顧客のグローバル化に伴い、アジア各拠点の品質マネジメントシステムの統一化と顧客対応水準の同一化、最終的には欧米拠点含めた全拠点での統一化を目指しております。

【期待】同社の品質マネジメントシステムや顧客要求を理解し、英語等の語学スキルを駆使して、海外メンバーと協議しながら、課題解決に向けた方針を決定・実行頂くことを期待しております。

【英語の使用機会】

• WEB会議：週1～2回 
• 国内外出張：半期に2～3回程度

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 品質保証業務経験
• 英語スキルまたは他言語スキル（自分の考え、意見を相手に伝えられるレベル）

■歓迎条件：

• 品質マネジメントシステムの管理や運営業務経験／顧客対応経験
