Responsibilities

• 国内外におけるDE&I（ダイバーシティ、エクイティ＆インクルージョン）の推進活動の企画・実行
• DE&Iに関する施策の企画・実行
• DE&I推進に関連するトレーニングプログラムの企画開発および実施
• 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携およびコミュニケーション
• DE&Iに関するデータ収集・分析および報告書の作成
• DE&Iのベストプラクティスの導入およびシェア

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事・総務・経営企画職にてDE&I推進に関する実務経験がある方

歓迎条件：

• プロジェクト運営の経験
• TOEIC(R)700点相当の語学力
