Responsibilities

認知症、がん、グローバルヘルスの３領域に経営資源を投入し社会的インパクトを創出するために重要となるグローバル中長期経営戦略策定と財務予測分析を行っていただきます。

• グローバルな中長期経営戦略の策定と進捗管理
• 中長期的な業績予測策定・分析とそれに基づくギャップの特定および経営戦略の実現を見据えたＭ＆Ａ戦略等の推進
• プランＢの策定、評価、ローリングおよび重要プロジェクトの進捗管理
• 全社の中長期戦略と財務予測に基づくグローバル全社（各リージョン、事業、ネットワーク企業を含む）における生産性、効率性、成長性の分析と評価
• 中長期的な全社効率性の観点からのリソース配分評価、ＫＰＩ設定およびモニタリング
• 全社最適に向けた構造改革の提案・実行
• 新市場創造と企業価値の向上に向けた戦略の立案・推進
• 戦略担当特命事項として個別案件の推進

Requirements

必須要件：

• 管理会計のご経験をお持ちの方
• 読み書きレベルの英語力
