Responsibilities

広告／データ／メディアに関する戦略に基づいた数値管理業務

• 予算策定
• 各種経営分析、経営層への報告データ／資料作成
• チームマネジメント
• 組織全体に関わるアジェンダのPM業務
• 定例会議の資料作成、運営
• グループグローバル拠点との連携など海外市場に関連する業務
• 経営層から求められるデータ／資料作成及び横断的な調整・管理
• 事業ポートフォリオ分析、生産性分析

Requirements

必須条件：

• P／Lの基本的な理解があること
• 戦略や事業計画に基づいた数値管理に強い興味があること
• 優先順位に基づいたマルチタスクの管理・実行が得意なこと
• チームマネジメントの経験
• 論理的説明能力・経験があること
• 中・上級Excelスキル（中級レベルの関数使用、マクロ設計もしくは準じた効率化ができるレベル）
