Responsibilities

• 特定の事業本部の中途採用活動や人員管理をメインに担当いただきます。
• 採用だけでなくHRビジネスパートナーとして、事業部内の研修運営や人員配置、エンゲージメントなどをご担当いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• メーカーでの中途採用経験のある方（転職エージェント・スカウトサービス利用、ジョブフェア出展など外部に向けて発信経験のある方）

歓迎条件：

• 採用／教育研修以外の人事経験のある方（人材育成、異動配置、人事制度、エンゲージメント、安全衛生、健康管理など）
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上
