Responsibilities

業務内容：

• サステナビリティ経営・ESGの取り組みの企画・推進
• 社内外への戦略的な情報発信（サイト運営、サステナビリティ報告書作成等）
• サステナビリティ委員会の事務局運営（アジェンダ設定等）
• サステナビリティに関するグローバル連携
• 環境対応（企画立案・業務推進、環境ISOの推進・事務局対応）
• サステナビリティ領域に関する社会情勢、各種専門機関の提言内容、他社事例などの情報収集
• 当社グループのガバナンス高度化に資する戦略・企画・取組み施策の提案取りまとめ
• 実行計画に基づく各部門との協業

Requirements

必須要件：

• サステナビリティ領域における何らかの活動経験
• 組織マネジメント経験またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 一般的なOAスキル（メール、Excel、PowerPoint、Word）
• 読み書き可能な英語力

歓迎要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 統合報告やサステナビリティレポートなどの作成経験
• グローバルでのプロジェクト推進経験
• 上場企業での広報やIR経験
• コーポレートガバナンスの知見
