Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：その他会社の定める業務】

• 各事業開発部門がソーシングした国内外の投資案件について、社内関連部門や外部の会計士・税理士らと連携しながら、財務・会計を中心としたM&A関連プロジェクトの実行をお任せします。
• プロジェクト進行管理
• トランザクション支援業務
• 財務デューデリジェンス業務
• 株式価値の算定業務

Requirements

• 財務三表を読み解き、分析ができる
• Excel、PowerPointなどを駆使した業務レベルの分析・報告資料の作成力
• ビジネスレベルの英会話力（英語による会議のファシリテーションおよび、内容が把握できるレベル）
• 課題発見と解決力（問題発生時に、本質を捉え、解決に向けて行動できる力）
• 円滑なコミュニケーション力
• 論理的思考力

以下どちらか必須:

• 経営企画部門、経理財務部門などでの財務会計に関する実務経験3年以上
• M&Aアドバイザー、ベンチャーキャピタル、会計事務所、金融機関、事業会社等で投資業務に関する実務経験3年以上
