Responsibilities

• 国内外の各拠点および事業部に対して、各種品質教育プログラムの開発および教育の提供を担当。
• 拠点の教育ニーズに応じた教育プログラムの開発および実施を行います。
• 豊富な品質知識と実務経験を活かし、受講者が知識、スキル、能力を最大限に発揮できるよう、効果的な教育プログラムを提案し、実行する。

Requirements

以下のいずれかの分野で、品質教育資料の作成 及び 教育の提供の経験が１つ以上ある方:

• 問題解決手法（なぜなぜ分析、FTA、新QC７つ道具など）
• 統計的手法(QC7つ道具、工程能力指数、検定・推定など）
• ISO／IATF規格要求事項（内部監査員の育成、規格要求事項の教育）
• コアツール（APQP、PPAPなど）
• 量産管理手法（品質の中級・上級／変更管理など）
• コア技術（分析技術／電子回路／成型技術／鋳造技術など）
• その他、ものづくりの効率化／工程改善の支援
• TOEIC: 700
