Responsibilities

再エネプロジェクトの開発や取得等を担う事業企画グループにおいて、レポーティングラインであるマネージャーと方針共有のもと、同本部内の技術部門と連携して、再エネプロジェクトの組成、開発及び取得（M＆A）等を商務面からリーダーとして担って頂きます。

• 市場環境、事業機会の調査、ターゲットとなるプロジェクトの選定や評価
• プロジェクトのパートナー候補や外部専門家（戦略コンサルタントや金融機関等）との関係強化による事業参画機会の探索
• プロジェクト開発計画の策定及びプロジェクト開発の推進（パートナーとの協業を含む）
• プロジェクトの開発や取得に必要な各種契約交渉
• 各種許認可に係る行政協議等
• プロジェクトに係る法務、財務、税務レビュー（Due　Diligence）の実施
• プロジェクト開発や取得に係る社内承認手続きの全体進行管理、運営及び企画立案
• 上記に各業務に関連する社内関係部署、社外専門家との各種調整実務

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクト開発や取得の経験を有すること
  • 総合商社、エネルギー企業（日系及び外資系の電力、ガス、石油会社）、再エネ開発専業会社、重電メーカー、プラントエンジニアリング会社、建設会社(元受け)、建設コンサルティング会社、不動産デベロッパー、金融機関、公的機関等における経験を4年以上有すること
