Responsibilities

• 社会と顧客の大きな課題である燃料デブリ取り出しの課題解決の為に、顧客への提案活動等の対話を通して顧客が抱える課題を発見し、社内リソースを活用して顧客の課題を解決する製品・サービスを提案する活動が受注前活動の中心となります。
• 提案にあたっては、競合他社・市場の動向、顧客ニーズ、最新の技術動向等を踏まえ、社内の設計や営業と調整の上、提案内容をまとめ上げます。
• 受注案件においては社内業務規準に準じてプロジェクト活動の推進、管理、報告を行います。

Requirements

• PMP／PMS（PMBOKによるプロジェクトマネジメント手法の習得）または同等の知識
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 収支管理経験
• 経営、業務改革等のコンサルティング業務経験
• 営業、マーケティング業務経験
• 的確な計画立案：自組織の目標と合致したコミットメントを達成するための作業計画立案と実行
• 効果的なコミュニケーション：ステークホルダーのニーズを理解し、伝え、計画し、実行
• 責務の遂行：目標、方針、手順を遵守し、コミットメントを遂行
• 判断の質：プロジェクト遂行にあたり適切でタイムリーな意思決定
