Responsibilities

• サービスの導入・販売
• 機器の設置と試運転、定期メンテナンスなどのサービスタスクの計画および実行
• サービスカテゴリ（設置と試運転、定期メンテナンス、拡張、交換など）でのリモートまたはオンサイトの活動を通じた分析
• 海外工場との設備トラブルのトラブルシューティング
• 顧客の注文と期待に応じたサービス作業を実行、サービス業務全体を通じて、新しい販売機会の特定
• 法的要請とワークフローを理解し、契約書の作成、POの発行、調達
• 試運転マニュアルなど必要書類の作成。完了した作業をタイムリーに報告し、必要に応じてフォローアップ。  工場またはパートナーから提供される必要な文書の確認。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 電気電子工学専攻
• 電気機器のサービスにおいて3年以上の経験
• 国内／海外出張に対応できる事
• 社内のさまざまな関係者や人々と自信を持ってコミュニケーションし、顧客に必要なサポートを粘り強く得るスキル
• 普通自動車運転免許
• 標準的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint。顧客および他の社内部門向けにサービス/トレーニングのプレゼンテーションを作成）

歓迎条件：

• 電気機器の操作やサービスに関する知識。
• 電気工事関連の資格
