Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with media team, to ensure the analysis sits at the center of the media planning process
• Present findings and recommendations to media planners, buyers, clients and other partner agencies
• Dealing with large amounts of granular information, consolidating and manipulating multiple sources of data across multiple dimensions
• Building statistical models from ranges of data to solve complex marketing initiatives such as forecasting model, marketing mix modeling, etc.
• Leveraging optimization platforms to generate media plans based on analytical models
• Translating analytical output into actionable items and presenting it to people with varied technical backgrounds
• Working with local media teams to ensure analytical results become better marketing solutions and collaborating with the global team to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to best-practice
• Ensuring that solutions, systems, and procedures are properly documented
• Always looking for better ways of doing things - better techniques, better solutions, better approaches

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with solid foundation and experience in statistical techniques.
• Experience using one of the following platforms: SAS, R, Python, or other statistical applications.
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders with different backgrounds
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with data management platforms or optimization techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of visualization tool, such as Tableau, Qlikview, GDS is a plus
