Company overview

Our client is a subsidiary of a prominent Japanese tech conglomerate. As an insurance agency, they offer a wide range of insurance products including life insurance, property and casualty insurance, and short-term insurance. For the best customer service experience, they provide users with multiple access options, including in-person visits, online platforms, and telephone communication, to receive their services.

Responsibilities

• 「保険ビジネスの拡大を目的」としたデータ分析業務
• ①保険の顧客データ・各種行動データ等を分析可視化。
• ②「会員データ分析チーム」との協働分析業務の推進。
• （調査分析のディレクション／保険×各事業データのクロス分析、など）
• ③「①、②」のデータ分析業務を通じ、企画担当者への示唆の提供～企画品質向上への貢献。

Requirements

必須要件

• 1. データ分析における以下の実務経験
• プログラミング言語経験（SQL,Pythonなど）
• 構造化データの収集、加工、解析、評価を行った経験
• Jupyter Notebookなどの対話型の開発環境での分析経験
• 2.分析結果の可視化に対して設計から実行までを担った経験
• 統計検定2級程度の数学および統計知識を想定

歓迎要件

• 分析業務の目的を踏まえて必要な分析アプローチの設計を行った経験
• 分析モデル（統計モデル、機械学習モデル）を作成し予測・評価を行った経験
• 保険業界での分析経験、または、マーケティング分野での分析経験
• 自然言語処理などの非構造化データ処理を行った経験があれば尚可。
