Responsibilities

Power Platformのアプリケーション開発エンジニアリーダーを募集します。グループ内の業務デジタル化・標準化を目的として、Power Platformでのアプリ開発、既存アプリの保守、グループ内への利活用促進を担当いただきます。

• Power Platformを使用した社内向けアプリケーション開発（60%）
  • Power Apps、Power Automate、Power Automate Desktop、Power Virtual Agentなどを使用した社内向けアプリケーション開発、トラブル対応
• 社内ユーザー向けのPower Platform利活用促進（30%）
  • 社内コミュニティ運営、社内向けセミナー実施、ユーザー問い合わせ対応、ナレッジ管理など
• 管理業務、調整業務（10%）
  • 例…他部署との調整業務、発注・予算管理、ベンダー管理、工数管理など

Requirements

必須条件：

• Power Apps、Power Automate、Power Automate Desktop、Power Virtual Agent（Copilot Studio）での開発経験5年以上
• リーダーもしくはマネジメント経験（規模問わず）

歓迎条件：

• 社内システムの運用設計又は運用保守経験
• Power Shellスクリプトの開発経験※Power Platformで実現できない機能の実装のため
• ActiveDirectory、SharePoint、データベースの基礎知識
