Our client is part of a multinational consulting group that assumes all vital corporate functions for the entire organization. It has established an integrated and efficient system to drive the development, execution, and operation of the group's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• Power Platformを使用した社内向けアプリケーション開発（60%)（Power Apps、Power Automate、Power Automate Desktop、Power Virtual Agentなどを使用した社内向けアプリケーション開発、トラブル対応）
• 社内ユーザー向けのPower Platform利活用促進（30%）（社内コミュニティ運営、社内向けセミナー実施、ユーザー問い合わせ対応、ナレッジ管理など）
• 管理業務、調整業務（10%）（例…他部署との調整業務、発注・予算管理、ベンダー管理、工数管理など）

Requirements

• Power Apps、Power Automate、Power Automate Desktop、Power Virtual Agent（Copilot Studio）での開発経験5年以上
• テクノロジーに対する強い関心と好奇心がある方
• 業務課題を解決するために、自ら積極的に、技術調査をして提案できる方
• チームワークを重視し、相手の立場になって話を聞き、チームやベンダー、他部署との円滑な関係構築ができる方
• 自己学習の習慣がある方
• 新しい技術／システムを自ら調査し、手を動かし習得できる方
• 自分の考えを論理的に伝えることができる方、主体性が高く自己責任を持てる方
• 何事も前向きに考え、最後までやり抜く力がある方

歓迎:

• 社内システムの運用設計もしくは運用保守経験
• Power Shell スクリプトの開発経験（Power Platformで実現できない機能の実装のため）
• 英語（TOEIC(R)600点以上)
• ActiveDirectory、SharePoint、データベースの基礎知識
