Responsibilities

■業務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• グループ会社が作っている、半導体封止材料を半導体メーカー等に国内外問わず営業してもらいます。基本的には既存メインですが、新規も行って頂きます。

※半導体封止材料とは…半導体チップを、光・熱・湿気・ほこりや衝撃から保護する材料です。一般的に、液状、フィルム、顆粒の材料が存在します。
■働き方

• 週3リモートワーク可能。残業平均20時間程度の働きやすい環境。
• 会社の風土としても柔軟性があり、個人の裁量を尊重しております。
• 出張は海外への出張と国内での出張がございます。
• 月に数回ずつの想定です

■研修体制・キャリアパス

• 基本的には先輩社員からのOJTによる研修を想定しております。また、キャリアパスとしては役職を上げていくことや海外への駐在も可能性としてはございます。

Requirements

■必須条件

• 法人営業経験
• 海外でビジネスを行えるレベルの英語力

└海外のお客様とやり取りする際に必要になります。社内の公用語は日本語です。
