Responsibilities

• 車載組み込みソフトウェアの設計、実装、レビュー（C++, C, Simulink）
• チームのソフトウェアエンジニアに対するメンターシップ
• チームが開発するUIソフトウェアの品質保証※ソフトウェア開発の標準化やベストプラクティスの定着・改善、レビュー
• プロダクトオーナー、スクラムマスター、デザイナ、 QAエンジニア、リリースエンジニアとの連携

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

Requirements

• GUI開発プロジェクトでの5年以上の実務経験
• C++でのオブジェクト指向ソフトウェア開発経験
• テックリードの実務経験
• Gitを使った開発ができる
• 英語と日本語での書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル （TOEIC（R）600点以上）

• メータやIVIなどの組み込みソフトウェア開発経験
• スクラムによる開発経験
• ソフト開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• A-SPICEプロセスの適用経験
