Responsibilities

部内のマネジメント機能強化とオペレーション効率化に向けて、下記業務を中心にプロジェクトを進めていただきます。
業務内容：

• 部内横断業務
  • 海外現地法人や国内部署との日常的な連携
  • 営業部門における経理業務
  • その他、営業部門における各種業務への参画
• 部内オペレーション効率化(業務プロセス整理、システム刷新に関わる業務)
  • 部門を横断する業務の棚卸および監査
  • 既存の業務(中期販売計画や各種データ取りまとめなど)の効率化施策の検討
  • システム導入企画担当と連携し、効率化施策の導入推進検討
  • その他、新卒向けの研修プログラム等、更なるDX化企画

Requirements

必須要件：

• 業務プロセスの改善・効率化に取り組まれた経験や企画・提案の経験
• 業務においてExcelを使用した経験
