Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 香水・化粧品本部の戦略、マーケティング及びリテールプライオリティに沿ったラーニング活動をリードする。
• グローバル エデュケーションチームと連携を取り、ラーニングコンテンツのローカライズ、実施、報告を行う。
• ラーニングコーチの育成・指導。
• ラーニングプランの構築。
• BCの知識とテクニックに加え、販売スキル・サービススキル・当社スタッフとしてのマインドを育成する。
• オンライン・オフライントレーニングの構築・準備・実施　
• トレーニングアセット、マテリアルの作成
• デジタルラーニングツールのコンテンツ作成・配信
• イベント、その他現場でのサービス活動実施・指導
• オンラインサービスの実施・指導

Requirements

必須要件：

• チームマネージメント経験
• トレーニングの実施経験、または同等のスキルがある方
• 販売・サービス業務経験
• デジタルリテラシーの高さ（情報発信の感度・セキュリティリスト・デジタルツールを使用したコンテンツ作成、キュレーション、クリエイティビティ）
• 基本的なPC操作ができる。デジタルツールを活用できる。
• ネイティブレベルの日本語と、ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎要件：

• 化粧品業界であればなお良い
