Responsibilities

• エンタープライズ企業の人事部門への語学研修サービスのコンサルティング営業活動
• 自社プロダクト推進の為の短期・長期の事業戦略の策定、P／L管理、KPI管理
• メンバーとの1on1を通じて、部下の育成とパフォーマンスの向上を図る
• 他部門（マーケティング、プロダクト開発など）との協力によるプロジェクトを推進
• インサイドセールスチーム、フィールドセールスチーム、カスタマーサクセスチームの組織マネジメント

Requirements

必須条件：

• 法人営業経験及びマネジメント経験
• リーダーシップスキルおよび部下育成の経験

歓迎条件：

• 語学研修サービス会社での営業経験及びマネジメント経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
